Jordan's history and nature just a few meters off the coast of Aqaba City
Discover the beauties hidden in the depths of the Red Sea The underwater museum consists of a marine setting in which coral reefs are interspersed with machinery and military equipment arranged in battle positions. It is a display that attracts nature and history enthusiasts alike, who are invited to experience an original setting in the waters of the famous Gulf of Aqaba. The extensive line-up of military vehicles consists of tanks of different sizes, an ambulance, a military crane, a troop transport, an anti-aircraft vehicle, cannons and a combat helicopter. The machines were sunk in a depth range of 15 to 28 meters, meaning that visitors will be able to enjoy the attraction by snorkelling and glass-bottom boat tours, as well as scuba diving.
The park was created with the aim of inspiring in visitors a commitment to the protection of the aquatic environment and its herbal wonders. Knowing and protecting the marine biosphere and its inhabitants for future generations. The park operates 19 dive sites within the coastline. Jordanian waters are home to more than 450 species of fish and more than 127 types of coral formations.
