Try an authentic Sicilian cheese tasting experience on the shores of Lake Arancio A unique experience for lovers of good food, nature and animals. From early in the morning, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a real farm with Natale, a local cheesemaker, who will show you how the typically Italian Ricotta cheese is made, the traditional way.
Experience a day in the life of a livestock breeder and farmer and taste warm, freshly made ricotta. Afterwards, you can take part in a guided tasting tour of local cheeses, from the pdo Vastedda to Primosale, all served with local wine. The day will continue with a visit to the farm and a walk along the shore of Lake Arancio. An unforgettable experience that can be enjoyed all year round.
