The city of history, strength and olive trees
An ancient Canaanite town with olive trees and farmers who raise livestock and take care of their lands
Idna is a Palestinian town in the southern West Bank, located in the Hebron Governorate, 13 kilometers west of Hebron and about one kilometer east of the Green Line. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of more than 20,000 inhabitants.
In Idna there is the magnificent Tur Bedo cave, in the olive groves near Beit Jabareen.
As for the intangible heritage, women are excellent at making carpets from wool, such as in the town of Samou’a in southern Hebron area.
